Check out this promo video for UNITY Charity, which recently held its annual festival July 7th through 10th. UNITY Charity is an arts-based alternative education organization in Toronto that runs after-school programs and workshops for youth aged ten to eighteen. Each year it also holds an urban art youth festival recognizing the talents of those who participated in the programs. This year’s festival included a breakdancing competition, a poetry slam and an art exhibition, on top of a kickoff concert in Yonge-Dundas Square that saw the likes of Saukrates, RichKidd, Scott Jackson, Miles Faber (from So You Think You Can Dance Canada Season 1), Mindbender and Subliminal.
