Running February 27th through March 3rd in Toronto, Peggy Baker Dance Projects presents Stereophonic, a mixed program featuring three world premieres and two landmark solos. The lineup includes Split Screen Stereophonic with dancers Sarah Fregeau, Benjamin Kamino, Sean Ling and Sahara Morimoto; epilogue danced by Baker herself; Aleatoric Solo No. 1 performed by Sahara Morimoto; Encoded Revision (1996) danced by Benjamin Kamino; and In a Landscape (1995) performed by Andrea Nann. This video highlights Nann rehearsing the work with the music of John Cage. Baker is offering a pre-show talk to discuss the source materials, inspirations and ideas behind Stereophonic.
