Continuing March 25th through 27th, Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal is presenting Kylián Evening, a triple bill featuring Symphony of Psalms, Bella Figura and Sechs Tänze. The program restages notable works of Jirí Kylián, a celebrated figure of the modern dance world, often associated with Nederlands Dans Theater.According to the company’s website: “This master of the neo-classic, described as a humanist, knows better than any other how to unveil the paradoxes and vulnerability of the human spirit. Choreographer of some 100 works, he seduces audiences with the beauty, emotion and humour of a world where inventiveness knows no limits.”
