Jade’s Hip Hop Academy and House of Bhangra at the Raptors’ Half Time Show
Featured by local news outlets over the past year, Nav Bhatia is no stranger to courtside, having attended every Raptors’ home game since 1995. Known as a superfan, Bhatia requested a youth-based hip hop and bhangra fusion number, which lead to this colourful and energized collaboration featuring thirty-two Brampton-based dancers, aged eight to seventeen. With dancers from Jade’s Hip Hop Academy and the House of Bhangra, the collaboration features choreography by Jade Jager Clark, Navi Dhillon and Vic Sehdev. This happy half-time show is one to remember for Bhatia, who was even brought into the fun.
