Lisa La Touche solo - Chicago Human Rhythm Project 2012


Originally from Calgary, Lisa La Touche is a New York City-based teacher and tapper. Career highlights include the New York and North American touring casts of STOMP, Harlem’s legendary Cotton Club with Dormeshia Sumbry-Edwards, A.C.G.I with Emmy Award winner Jason Samuels-Smith, Rumba Tap with Max Pollak, co-director and guest artist with the Chicago Human Rhythm Project and faculty member of the School at Jacob’s Pillow. On October 17 in Mississauga, ON, LaTouche joins Kim Chalovich’s Eastern Canada Tap Conference for their tenth anniversary. Hosted by Chalovich’s company ‘What’s On? TAP!’, the conference is three days of performance, competition and workshops.
