Danse Danse presents two successful works by Tentacle Tribe and Wants&Needs Danse. Tentacle Tribe’s Nobody Likes a Pixelated Squid, choreographed and performed by Emmanuelle Lê Phan and Elon Höglund, takes inspiration from the fluid movements of land and sea creatures to create an exciting “conceptual hip hop” duet. Wants&Needs Danse’s Chorus II, choreographed by Sasha Kleinplatz, is a piece created for seven male performers exploring themes of ritual, spirituality and the vulnerability of man.
