As part of this Summer’s Wigwam Chi-Chemung programming, Myseum of Toronto and Elder Dr. Duke Redbird present an online participatory experience that aims to examine the significance of dance in Indigenous culture, and an opportunity to learn Powwow dance. This event happening via Zoom will feature a poetry reading by Elder Redbird, a dance performance by Nimkii Osawamick (Wolf Clan) and a performance and dance workshop facilitated by Angela Miracle Gladue (A Tribe Called Red).
