Presented as part of the Taking Place Performance Art Series, Francis Marion Moseley Wilson’s work lectures on flesh and death is inspired by humanity’s fear of death. A graduate of Oberlin Conservatory and Brunel University, the artist employs taxidermy and performance as a hands-on cultural critique to explore how our society seeks to sanitize and undo the evidence of death.
