The workshop is based on the way we use the floor when we dance, paying attention to our feet as support for our movements. The power lies in the feet and legs so the rest of the body is free to express itself. Dancers will work on fast movement, but without neglecting the details. They will work on control and how to lose it, through improvisation and imagination. The continuity of movement and how energy in our bodies never stops even when we are at a standstill is a key notion to her teaching.
