Dance Media Group/Groupe Danse Média (DMG) gained charitable status in 2018. DMG is a charitable non-profit organization that uses multiple platforms to actively educate the broadest possible public with access points into dance art and culture.

With this educational mandate at its core, DMG connects communities, engages publics, cultivates discourse and contributes to a culture of literacy about dance art and culture through three main streams:  it’s flagship publication The Dance Current magazine; digital engagement (web, social media, e-newsletters) and community engagement (special dance literacy projects, programs for emerging arts critics, collaborative community events/conferences).
