Mikaela Orford was born in, Burnaby, British Columbia, and began to dance at age four. Since then, Orford has been trained in jazz, tap, ballet, pointe, musical theatre, stage, lyrical, hip hop, Graham, contemporary, Bouffon, contact improvisation and Horton. Passion has guided her through Vancouver, San Francisco and Toronto’s dance communities. She is currently training at The School of Toronto Dance Theatre and will graduate in May 2016.
