Born in Fujian, China, Judy Luo immigrated to Canada with her family at a young age. She is extremely fortunate to be in her last semester at Ryerson University’s School of Performance, obtaining her BFA in Performance Dance with a minor in Economics. Her interests lie in both the arts and athletics—anything involving the physicality of the body. For Judy, dance allows her to explore movement and sensation outside the limitations and labels of culture and history. She strives to find common ground between people from all walks of life, and is eager to see what comes her way post-graduation.
