The School of Alberta Ballet’s Edmonton Studios hosted an open house on May 15 to celebrate their September move to a larger facility. The event consisted of ballet classes, a demonstration for the public and a tour of the new location at 11205 107 Ave NW.

“The move is a reflection of the enormous growth of the of School of Alberta Ballet’s Edmonton studios over the last two years,” says Artistic Director Edmund Stripe in a news release. “The new premises will provide more dance space for our existing classes and the opportunity for more dancers to enjoy them.”

The school currently enrolls over 600 students annually and is celebrating twenty-five years with its sister location in Calgary.
