Samantha Mateus is entering her second year of journalism studies at Concordia University. Some of her passions include writing, tap and travel. Growing up, she spent many hours in the dance studio trying to embody the graceful demeanor of tap legend, Eleanor Powell. She considers herself to be an avid globetrotter. She recently packed her bags and left on a year-long voyage across the world. She is looking forward to a career in journalism, where she hopes to be able to share her love of art and culture with her readers.
