Deanna Zubrickas

Former Intern

Deanna Zubrickas recently graduated with a BFA in Dance from York University. She begun her dance training at the age of seven in St Catharines, ON, in both the recreational and competitive streams. Her most notable performances to date have been The Nutcracker in 2008 with The National Ballet of Cuba, backup dancing at Canada’s Walk of Fame in 2011 and 2012, and as a York Dance Ensemble company member in 2013/2014. Her goal as a dancer is to perform as long as she can, on any type of stage. 

Deanna was an intern with The Dance Current between September 2014 through May 2015.
